3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to evaluate fit for the room, to send your invitation and related event communications, and to coordinate with our co-host the Damosa Land team. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. Lawful basis for processing

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the invitation form) and our legitimate interests in curating a high-quality, invitation-only gathering, consistent with Section 12 of the DPA.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Your details are reviewed only by the Breaking Ground team and the Damosa Land team for the purpose of evaluating and extending invitations. We may share information with trusted service providers (for example, our hosting and email infrastructure) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.

We will disclose personal information when required by law, by lawful order of a Philippine court or regulator, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Breaking Ground, our partners, or the public.

6. Retention
